Danutė Vaičiulienė, the chairwoman and farmer of the Kaireliai village community, was awarded the honorary title of honorary citizen of the Obeliai region. The name was given and the regalia belonging to it were presented during the traditional festival "Obelinė 2020".

D.Vaičiulienė takes care of the rural population, writes projects on a public basis, and is currently implementing a social business project. From the project funds, the community planted and grows strawberries, purchased a tractor and a trailer, repaired a building - a shop where strawberries will be stored, and during the season will employ local residents for 1.75 posts. During the ceremony, she stated that she had never worked for money and honor, and that her merits were not only personal, as she worked in a team - with the eldership, municipality, local action group, community, family.
